This course is for anyone from beginners to experienced music students. Boomwhackers are pitched percussion instruments that almost anyone can play with ease. Non-pitched percussion will also be employed as participants learn, practice, and improve rhythmic literacy while getting to play real music. Campers will play with sound and learn about rhythm in a setting where an inclination toward the good of others is elemental and where harmonious relationships (pun intended) are cultivated to integrate each participant into the performance of every piece of music.
